Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a permanent assignment in Newark, Delaware.
Responsibilities for a OR:
• Work as an experienced Registered Nurse in the Operating Room on the Open Heart Team
• Provide excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to patients and their families
• Work predominately Day shift, Monday through Friday
• Maintain flexibility to work Mid shifts as required
• Take Open Heart Call as required
• Apply and maintain current RN licensure
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Utilize Cardiac Open-Heart surgical experience in daily responsibilities
• Hold or work toward obtaining a BSN within three years of date of hire
• Demonstrate an upbeat, team-oriented attitude in a growing operating room environment
• Collaborate with the Open Heart Team to deliver high-quality patient care
