Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Other for a permanent assignment in Dover, Delaware.
Responsibilities for a Other:
• Develop financial feasibility, cost and reimbursement templates using the STRATA system to determine Return on Investment (ROI), payback period, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and other financial metrics used to evaluate competing capital projects
• Establish routine meetings with leadership to review service line profitability and assist with developing performance improvement plans for service lines with unfavorable variances to budget
• Validate cost structure updates for accuracy
• Complete survey and annual insurance renewal applications and compile data for FEMA and/or Single Audits
• Generate reports for GME reporting and provide documentation for operational and administrative decisions affecting finance, labor utilization, and budget development
• Train managers and directors to interpret and use productivity software
• Manage requests for ad hoc reports
• Generate reports needed for annual financial audit, cost report filing, and community benefit reporting from STRATA
• Mentor the supervisor of decision support and special projects analyst
• Provide oversight to software implementations as needed, including components of ERP and leasing software
• Assist with the implementation and on-going maintenance of the STRATA rolling forecast module
• Manage the Cost Accounting system used for service line profitability analysis
• Manage productivity system and report to rating agencies such as S&P, Fitch, DAC, EMMA and other external agencies
• Oversee utilization of Decision Support system in support of major strategic and financial planning projects
• Publish monthly service line Profit & Loss statements (P&Ls) and physician practice P&Ls and practice scorecards
• Review all feasibility studies prepared using STRATA software
• Perform all other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities
