Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $55 – $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Provide Inpatient Occupational Therapy care to patients
• Assist with administering, directing, and coordinating activities of Inpatient OT Rehabilitation Services
• Work 40 hours per week with 5-8 hour days, including regular weekend schedule in Acute Care and Critical Care settings
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Maintain a current Colorado Occupational Therapist license or ability to obtain one
• Possess a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
• Maintain current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Maintain current Flu Vaccine with no exemptions accepted
• Comply with radius rule requiring permanent address to be at least 75 miles away from facility
• Complete CAPS requirements as mandated by the state of Colorado
• Ensure correct personal identification information is submitted during onboarding
• Be aware that guaranteed hours will not apply on holidays for clinic workers
