Location: Mound City, Missouri
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $57 – $61/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Mound City, Missouri. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide patient care services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week with scheduling up to 40 hours per week
• Deliver hands-on patient care and support to residents as assigned
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Maintain current required certifications and licensure
• Complete all required pre-start and ongoing training modules and programs
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Comply with facility dress code and professional conduct requirements
