Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Portland, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent state license immediately if starting with a compact license
• Must not have worked perm or PRN at this facility within the last year to be eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous travel work history at any time, or perm/PRN history more than one year prior, must be reviewed for rehire eligibility before submission
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain active state licensure as required for the position
• Perform duties within the designated specialty/setting with relevant experience
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Follow facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to billing cycle and overtime policies as outlined in the assignment agreement
