Location: Hamilton, Montana
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 12-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Hamilton, Montana. These positions are 12-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate client function to assess physical therapy needs and treatment plans
• Plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a referring provider or through direct access
• Work toward restoring patient function following injury, disease, or physical disability
• Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of independence
• Support patients in learning to function within the limits of their abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to patient needs
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards for physical therapy practice
