Location: Yelm, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Yelm, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license (no compact license accepted for SC positions)
• Meet experience requirements specific to the assigned setting
• Maintain active licensure throughout the assignment
• Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours with 1.5x overtime billing rate
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Comply with facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Meet credentialing requirements per contract QA standards
• Candidates with previous perm/PRN work history within the last year are not eligible for assignment
• Candidates with previous travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
