Location: Clackamas, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $54 – $58/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Clackamas, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Obtain permanent license as soon as possible if starting with a compact license
• Must have permanent license if working in SC; compact licenses are not accepted for SC positions
• Maintain active license as required for the position
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work scheduled day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview
• Meet experience requirements specific to the position setting
• Comply with all credentialing requirements including contract QA
• Self-report any separation history from previous employment as required for eligibility review
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
