Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $191 – $206/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CRNA for a locum tenens assignment in York, Pennsylvania. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a CRNA:
• Work Monday-Friday 11p-7a shifts as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Perform anesthesia services under a Medically Directed model (1:3, max 1:4)
• Provide anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and procedural areas including Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular & APS, NORA locations, OB/GYN, General, GI, Peds, Plastics, Ortho, and Robotics
• Administer and manage General Endotracheal Anesthesia (GETA), MAC, Regional, Spinal, and ultrasound-guided techniques
• Perform epidurals independently without physician present
• Perform anesthesia for c-sections and cardiac cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Provide anesthesia care for all patient age groups
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and charting
• Maintain Board Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
• Maintain active Pennsylvania license or compact (IMLC/LOQ)
• Maintain current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Comply with all facility credentialing, privileging, and compliance requirements
