Job Title: PTA
Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the assigned setting
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Meet experience requirements within the specified practice setting
• Complete required contract QA credentialing requirements
• Complete additional documentation directly with the facility outside of standard clearance packet prior to assignment start
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week booking assignment
• Work day shift hours
• Meet guaranteed work week requirements of 40 hours (32 hours during holiday weeks)
• Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Follow facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement prior to end of assignment
