Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 24-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $60 – $65/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 24-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
• Work in Inpatient settings including CCU, Acute Care, and Day Surgery
• Improve patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Work 5×8-hour days per week
• Maintain current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado
• Maintain current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Have a minimum of two years of PT experience (3-5 years preferred)
• Comply with mandatory Flu Vaccination requirement (no declinations accepted), required October 1st through April 1st
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements for patient care delivery
