Location: San Ramon, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in San Ramon, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services within assigned county territories
• Travel within designated service areas, including potential travel outside assigned areas as needed
• Provide weekend coverage as required
• Maintain a minimum productivity of 27 points per week if under a guarantee arrangement
• Complete a full caseload, including seeing patients outside the service area occasionally if under a non-guarantee arrangement
• Be willing and able to see Covid-positive and Covid PUI patients
• Perform and document various visit types including OASIS ReCertification, OASIS RoC, Routine, Eval, Discharge, Eval SoC, Eval RoC, Eval ReCert, Eval F/up, Re-Eval, Eval Discharge, OASIS Discharge, OASIS F/up, and OASIS SoC
• Manage drive/travel time, visit time, documentation time, and time spent making phone calls to patients and doctors
• Maintain current California Physical Therapist License
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and auto registration
• Comply with required health and immunization requirements including TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and Flu (annual)
• Complete required drug screening and physical examination
• Disclose all requested time off at the time of submission
