Location: Henderson, Nevada
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Henderson, Nevada. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license for South Carolina placements; compact license not accepted
• Maintain active license throughout assignment
• Meet experience requirements specific to the assigned setting
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to day shift schedule and assigned hours
• Follow provided dress code guidelines as communicated during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
• Meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates with perm or PRN work history at facility within the last year are not eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous traveler history at facility must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
