Location: Scappoose, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $54 – $58/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Scappoose, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license (compact accepted initially but permanent license required immediately after)
• Must hold permanent South Carolina license if working in SC location (no compact license accepted)
• Maintain active license throughout assignment
• Demonstrate relevant experience in required setting/modality
• Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow facility-provided dress code guidelines (provided during first day orientation)
• Utilize facility-provided equipment (details provided during interview)
• Work day shift hours
• Comply with weekly billing cycle requirements
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
