Job Title: OR
Location: Bangor, Maine
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OR for a temporary assignment in Bangor, Maine. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OR:
• Perform patient care functions under the supervision of the Unit Director, as approved by the State of Maine Board of Nursing policies and procedures
• Maintain current RN licensure in the State of Maine
• Obtain and maintain BLS and ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Provide patient care with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Work flexible hours as required by the unit
• Function as a team player within the healthcare team
• Work under direct supervision of the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse during assigned shifts
• Apply telemetry experience in patient care delivery (preferred)
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements per State Mandate
• Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and core values including compassion, integrity, collaboration, and excellence in service delivery
