Job Title: Radiation Therapist
Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Schedule: 8:00AM – 4:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Radiation Therapist for a temporary assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Radiation Therapist:
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of imaging procedures and techniques such as myelograms, discograms, and arthrograms
• Perform X-ray imaging of various areas of human anatomy including the chest, skull, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract, and vascular system
• Utilize Mosaiq software for documentation and workflow management
• Operate Elekta linear accelerator equipment
• Adhere to established imaging protocols and procedures
• Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and standards related to imaging and patient care
