Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Must obtain permanent license immediately if starting with compact license (South Carolina requires permanent license only, no compact)
• Commit to a 20-26 week assignment duration
• Work during holiday weeks with a minimum of 32 guaranteed weekly hours
• Maintain active licensure throughout the duration of the assignment
• Gain and demonstrate experience in the required practice setting
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first-day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement prior to end of assignment
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as discussed during interview process
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
