Location: Mcminnville, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $54 – $58/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Mcminnville, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent license (no compact license accepted for SC positions)
• Maintain active license throughout assignment
• Have experience in the required setting/specialty
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work 40 bill guaranteed weekly hours standard schedule on day shift
• Be available for potential overtime at 1.5x rate
• Adhere to dress code guidelines provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Comply with facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Complete required credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed
• Provide minimum 30-day notice as required
• Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
