Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services as a Physical Therapist
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Complete required credentialing documentation directly with the facility outside of standard clearance packet before start
• Fulfill a 13 to 26-week contract commitment
• Work 40 guaranteed hours per week, including holiday weeks at 32 hours
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during onboarding
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Demonstrate experience in the required clinical setting as per contract QA requirements
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as arranged during the interview process
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Adhere to a 30-day notice policy
• Self-report any non-billable time in accordance with facility guidelines
