Location: Seattle, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Seattle, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services as a Physical Therapist
• Maintain active state license for the assigned location
• Complete required credentialing documentation prior to assignment start
• Complete required compliance and contract QA documentation
• Work a minimum of 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment duration
• Work day shift hours as assigned
• Utilize facility-provided equipment during the assignment
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during orientation
• Follow facility parking procedures as outlined during the first day of orientation
• Provide a minimum of 30 days notice as required per contract terms
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Adhere to overtime billing requirements as applicable at 1.5 times the standard rate
