Location: Sherwood, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $50 – $54/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Sherwood, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold active state license meeting facility-specific requirements (no compact license accepted for SC positions)
• Maintain required experience in the applicable clinical setting
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work standard day shift hours
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and credentialing requirements
• Adhere to contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
