Location: Sherwood, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $49 – $53/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Sherwood, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Candidates starting with a compact license must obtain a permanent license immediately
• Must hold an active license in the required state
• Must have experience in the required setting/specialty
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Standard billing is based on 40 guaranteed weekly hours
• Overtime billed at 1.5x rate
• Shift hours are days
• Equipment will be provided; details shared during interview
• Dress code information will be provided on the first day
• Parking information will be provided on the first day
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Billing cycle is weekly
• Candidates who have worked perm or PRN at the facility within the last year are not eligible for placement
• Candidates with previous travel or perm/PRN work history beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
