Location: Tucson, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tucson, Arizona. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours, with 40 billable hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain active state license and provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure start date aligns with license status at submission
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in the contract QA process
• Demonstrate applicable experience in the required specialty setting
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as communicated during the interview process
• Follow dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with parking procedures as communicated on the first day
• Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Participate in weekly billing cycle reporting and documentation
