Location: Renton, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Renton, WA. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of the standard clearance packet before being cleared to start the assignment
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK compact licenses accepted)
• Commit to a 13 to 26-week assignment duration
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours during standard weeks
• Gain and demonstrate experience in the relevant practice setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided during first-day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first-day orientation
• Provide 30 days notice as required per contract terms
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
