Location: Lakewood, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lakewood, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Maintain active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Candidates must not have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history more than one year prior must be reviewed for rehire eligibility
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week contract assignment
• Work a minimum of 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work 40 guaranteed weekly hours during standard weeks
• Comply with overtime requirements at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Operate within a weekly billing cycle
• Provide 30 days notice as required per contract terms
• Meet all credentialing requirements and complete contract QA requirements
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the applicable setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as directed
