Job Title: Radiation Therapist
Location: Clovis, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 0-week assignment with the potential for extension

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Radiation Therapist for a temporary assignment in Clovis, California. These positions are 0-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Radiation Therapist:
• Deliver advanced radiation therapy care as part of a highly collaborative oncology team
• Operate and utilize advanced radiation therapy equipment including Accuray CyberKnife, Varian TrueBeam, Elekta Infinities, and High Dose Rate (HDR) suite
• Maintain open and proper communication with team members and patients
• Assist with oncology procedures as needed
• Complete an AMA approved Radiation Therapy Program (required)
• Maintain State of California Certified Radiologic Technologist licensure
• Maintain ARRT(T) – ARRT Radiation Therapy certification
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Submit a completed skills checklist prior to assignment
• Provide a minimum of 2 professional references for submission
• Complete required onboarding documentation, background checks, and health screenings
