Job Title: L&D
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $83 – $90/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a L&D for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a L&D:
• Work 36 hours per week on day shift
• Maintain current license/certificate verification as required for the role
• Comply with immunization and health requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap
• Complete and maintain a current Health Statement
• Provide 2 professional references covering relevant employment history
• Complete required skills checklist prior to assignment
• Submit to criminal background check, education verification, OIG search, EPLS, OFAC, National Sex Offender, and Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List screening
• Complete drug screening as required
• Provide valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and procedures
• Sign and comply with Dispute Resolution Agreement
• Acknowledge receipt of policy packet and complete all required onboarding documentation
• Complete confirmation of assignment and job description acknowledgement
• Obtain badge photo as part of onboarding process
• Authorize Release of Information (ROI) for applicable systems
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications and credentials throughout the assignment
