Location: Roseburg, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 43-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Roseburg, Oregon. These positions are 43-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services within a school-year contract (August 2026 – June 2027)
• Conduct home visits for children birth to age 3 (early intervention setting)
• Provide physical therapy services in a preschool setting for children ages 3 to 5
• Work Monday through Friday; hours are based on actual hours worked
• Maintain active Oregon Physical Therapist (PT) licensure
• Adhere to school calendar schedule with no pay for school holidays or closures
• Work up to 40 hours per week as expected during school session
• Provide required references and documentation as part of the submission process
• Include selling notes, phone number, email, estimated start date, license status, years of experience, setting experience, time off requests, and requested bill rate when submitting
