Job Title: Radiologist
Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension.
Pay Rate: $400 – $431/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Radiologist for a temporary assignment in Mountain Home, Arkansas. These positions are 26-week locum tenens contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Radiologist:
• Work full-time shifts of 8.5-9 hours with start times varying between 7am-9am to 5pm-6pm CST
• No call and no weekend shifts required
• Utilize Philips PACS, Powerscribe 360, and Cerner EMR systems for documentation and imaging
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Fellowship training in MSK, Neuro, or Body MRI is desired; all fellowships and generalist radiologists encouraged to apply
• Maintain comfort with MSK, ER, all general radiology, and PET scans
• Experience with PET scan or breast imaging is a significant bonus
• IR radiologists cover major procedures; participation in backup coverage for procedures is optional but not mandatory
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccine requirements (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Comply with flu vaccine requirements (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• Complete credentialing process within the required timeframe of 6-8 weeks or less
• Adhere to overtime policies, with OT calculated at 1.5x after 40 hours per week
• All travel time is billable in accordance with assignment terms
