Job Title: MED-SURG/TELE
Location: Kapaau, Hawaii
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a MED-SURG/TELE for a temporary assignment in Kapaau, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a MED-SURG/TELE:
• Provide nursing care services as a Med-Surg Registered Nurse
• Work 12-hour shifts, including day and/or night shifts depending on facility needs
• Work weekends and holidays as required
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient care management
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Epic charting and workflows
• Adapt to fluctuating staffing needs in a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current RN licensure and required certifications
• Respond to rapid response and crisis situations as needed
• Comply with facility dress code and professional standards
