Job Title: PTA
Location: Portland, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Portland, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Obtain permanent state license upon assignment start if beginning with compact license
• Must not have worked perm or PRN at this facility within the last year to be eligible for assignment
• Previous travel or perm/PRN work history at this facility may affect rehire eligibility and will require review
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours
• Meet credentialing requirements including contract QA compliance
• Maintain active state licensure throughout assignment
• Demonstrate experience in the required setting/specialty
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Adhere to facility dress code as communicated during first day orientation
• Provide 30-day notice as required
• Follow weekly billing cycle requirements
• Adhere to 1.5x overtime billing rate when applicable
