Location: Cody, Wyoming
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Cody, Wyoming. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records systems including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro
• Adhere to the 100-mile radius rule (must not have a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility)
• Ensure all compliance documents are uploaded 5 business days prior to start date
• Maintain valid state licensure
• Start assignment on time as confirmed
• Respond to rapid response and crisis staffing needs as required
