Job Title: CARDIAC CATH LAB
Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $83 – $89/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a CARDIAC CATH LAB for a temporary assignment in Warwick, Rhode Island. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a CARDIAC CATH LAB:
• Work 1.0 FTE for a 13-week rotation as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Work 4 10-hour shifts per rotation
• Participate in call rotation every 4th to 5th weekend on weekday nights
• Work day shift with staggered start times ranging from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:30 AM start
• Maintain current and valid RN licensure verified through Nursys and License/Certificate Verification
• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Complete and submit CNE Skills Checklist prior to assignment start
• Complete CNE Specialty Competency Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Basic EKG Exam upon onboarding
• Complete CNE Core Competencies upon onboarding
• Complete CNE First Look orientation packet upon onboarding
• Comply with all facility credentialing and onboarding documentation requirements
• Maintain up-to-date immunization and health records including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, and TB testing (2-Step PPD or IGRA)
• Complete annual Fit Test as required
• Submit 2 professional references prior to assignment start
• Undergo criminal background check
• Complete and sign Non-Employee Confidentiality Agreement
• Complete Employment Verification documentation
• Comply with CNE COVID and Flu Policy
• Obtain and maintain facility badge with required photo submission
• Complete Occupational Health Request for Clearance Form
• Provide RI Fingerprinting documentation as required for RNs
