Job Title: PTA
Location: Alameda, California
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Alameda, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Provide physical therapy assistant services as a PTA • Work a guaranteed 30 hours per week • Begin assignment as soon as possible • Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery • Maintain current licensure and certifications required for PTA practice • Deliver quality patient care in a post-acute setting • Collaborate with supervising physical therapists and interdisciplinary team members • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner • Follow all compliance requirements and complete required training programs
