Location: Zanesville, Ohio
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Zanesville, Ohio. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, five 8-hour days in an outpatient pediatrics rehabilitation setting
• Cover an existing caseload of approximately 50 pediatric patients
• Maintain a minimum of two years of current experience in pediatrics rehabilitation
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and charting
• Maintain current BLS certification
• Maintain valid Ohio Physical Therapy license and registry (must be active, not in process)
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Disclose all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission
