Job Title: PHARM
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Schedule: 2:00PM – 10:00PM x 5
Term: 8-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. These positions are 8-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Administer flu shots at onsite flu shot clinics for various local businesses
• Maintain flexibility as days and hours will vary depending on client need
• Work part-time shifts of two to seven hours per event/site, one to two days per week
• Hold and maintain a valid RPH license in the State of Ohio
• Maintain current BLS and Immunization delivery certification
• Utilize Epic functionality for required documentation and workflows
• Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations in various onsite business locations
• Hold a BSP degree or higher (Pharm D preferred)
• Apply experience in administering flu shots (preferred)
• Comply with all applicable pharmacy and immunization regulations and standards
