Job Title: ER MED-SURG
Location: Albany, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $64/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a ER MED-SURG for a temporary assignment in Albany, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a ER MED-SURG:
• Provide nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department with a wide variety of needs, ranging from non-critical to emergent medical conditions
• Care for patients presenting with emergent and urgent mental health care needs
• Deliver care to patients arriving by walk-in or emergency transport
• Provide certified care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric patients
• Maintain a current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• Maintain current ACLS certification
• Maintain current TNCC certification
• Maintain current PALS certification
• Utilize CEN certification (preferred)
