Location: Yelm, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Yelm, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Maintain active state license; WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License
• Candidates must not have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for assignment
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN history older than one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Commit to assignment booking dates ranging from 13 to 26 weeks
• Demonstrate experience in the relevant practice setting
• Maintain active licensure throughout the duration of the assignment
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to dress code guidelines as provided during first day orientation
• Follow parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
