Location: Kent, Washington
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Kent, Washington. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before starting assignment
• Maintain active state licensure (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Must not have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year to be eligible for assignment
• Candidates with previous ATI travel history or perm/PRN work history older than one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Commit to a 13-26 week assignment duration
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours
• Meet experience requirements specific to the Physical Therapy setting
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
• Adhere to facility dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Follow facility parking procedures as outlined during first day orientation
• Comply with overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Meet all credentialing requirements including contract QA compliance
