Job Title: PTA
Location: Salem, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $39 – $42/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Salem, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before assignment start
• Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license
• Must hold permanent SC license; compact license not accepted for SC positions
• Maintain active licensure throughout assignment
• Work 32 guaranteed hours per week during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours
• Adhere to 30-day notice requirement
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview
• Follow dress code as provided during first day orientation
• Comply with facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Demonstrate experience in required clinical setting
• Adhere to overtime billing rate of 1.5x when applicable
• Participate in weekly billing cycle compliance
• Complete required credentialing and contract QA documentation prior to start
