Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Other for a temporary assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Other:
• Develop responsive, clean, and modern websites from scratch using WordPress, Divi, and custom child themes
• Audit existing Divi sites to identify bloat, fix layout conflicts, improve Core Web Vitals, and drastically decrease page load times
• Write clean PHP, JavaScript, and CSS/SASS to extend Divi’s native capabilities and integrate third-party APIs
• Build responsive Divi layouts from design to code
• Optimize MySQL databases, clean up legacy plugin remnants, and ensure all sites are fully secure
• Utilize deep understanding of the Divi ecosystem, Theme Builder, library global items, and custom CSS overrides without breaking the visual builder
• Configure advanced caching solutions including WP Rocket and Redis
• Optimize imagery and heavy Divi code footprints for improved performance
• Apply proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (jQuery and Vanilla JS), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and Git version control
• Collaborate and communicate effectively during US Central Time (CST) core business hours
