Location: Buckeye, Arizona
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $59 – $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Buckeye, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
• Candidates starting with a compact license must obtain a permanent license immediately
• Must hold an active license in the required state; compact licenses are not accepted for South Carolina positions
• Must have relevant experience in the required setting
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Maintain availability for day shift hours
• Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking
• Ensure license status aligns with submission and proposed start date
• Candidates who have worked perm or PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible for placement until separated for one year
• Candidates with previous ATI travel or perm/PRN history beyond one year must be reviewed for rehire eligibility prior to submission
• Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement
• Follow dress code guidelines as provided during first-day orientation
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
• Comply with all credentialing requirements per contract QA standards
• Completion bonus eligibility requires start by October 15th and will not apply if delayed due to credentialing or licensing issues
