Job Title: PTA
Location: Lakewood, WA
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PTA for a temporary assignment in Lakewood, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PTA:
• Work as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) providing patient care services
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet prior to assignment start
• Maintain an active state license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
• Meet credentialing requirements as outlined in contract QA requirements
• Demonstrate relevant experience in the applicable setting
• Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment booking
• Work 32 guaranteed weekly hours during holiday weeks
• Work day shift hours as scheduled
• Adhere to dress code requirements as provided on the first day of assignment
• Utilize facility-provided equipment as needed
• Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
