Salary: $60000.00 – $75000.00
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a LCSW for a permanent assignment in Onawa, Iowa.
Responsibilities for a LCSW:
• Support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and communities in a rural healthcare setting
• Conduct psychosocial assessments for patients across the lifespan
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
• Address a wide range of behavioral health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders
• Serve underserved and rural populations with a commitment to equitable care
• Maintain active LISW licensure in Iowa
• Apply a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health settings
• Utilize strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills in daily practice
