Job Title: OT
Location: Fresno, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $68 – $74/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a OT for a temporary assignment in Fresno, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a OT:
• Possess IRF (Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility) experience, SNF, or acute care background • Inpatient Rehab experience is required • Work 8-hour shifts with a guaranteed workweek of 40 hours • Be available for shift start times as early as 0630 • Work exclusively in an inpatient setting • Maintain current and valid licensure/certification as required • Maintain current BLS certification • Complete and submit a professional profile and skills checklist prior to assignment • Provide 2 professional references • Comply with immunization and health requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test • Complete and maintain health statement documentation • Adhere to all compliance, background check, and credentialing requirements • Follow all applicable policies and procedures throughout the duration of the assignment
