Job Title: Home Health
Location: Cody, Wyoming
Schedule: 7:00PM – 7:00AM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $42 – $46/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Home Health for a temporary assignment in Cody, Wyoming. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Home Health:
• Provide standard nursing care in a long-term care (LTCC) setting
• Work across 2 floors with the possibility of floating between them
• Serve as charge nurse for assigned unit as needed
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Ensure all compliance documentation is submitted 5 business days prior to start date
• Maintain current and valid state licensure throughout the assignment
• Comply with the 100-mile radius rule regarding permanent address distance from facility
• Start assignment on time as confirmed per scheduling agreement
