Job Title: Ambulatory Care
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $52 – $56/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a Ambulatory Care for a temporary assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a Ambulatory Care:
• Provide evidence-based nursing services to participants enrolled in the PACE program
• Support participants and their caregiver/family members in maintaining or increasing health status
• Deliver Clinic services including teaching, counseling, and other skilled nursing interventions
• Perform superior physical assessment techniques
• Develop effective nursing care plans
• Provide professional nursing care to patients
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and encounter documentation of all care provided
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all documentation and care delivery
• Maintain current Colorado RN licensure throughout employment
• Complete competency evaluations as required
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing across a multitude of situations and settings, including highly emotional interactions
• Build and maintain relationships with interdisciplinary team members and other stakeholders
• Interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Utilize strong computer and technology skills for clinical documentation and communication
• Manage time effectively while maintaining focus on multiple priority tasks
