Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $85 – $91/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Provide pharmacist services in an oncology setting within a 94-bed hospital
• Work shifts that may include evenings and weekends
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and order management
• Apply Beacon oncology module experience in daily pharmacy operations
• Manage and dispense oncology medications in accordance with facility protocols
• Ensure safe and accurate medication therapy for oncology patients
• Collaborate with oncology care teams to optimize patient medication regimens
• Adhere to all applicable pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain current pharmacist licensure and required certifications
• Provide supervisory references covering relevant oncology pharmacy experience
