Job Title: PHARM
Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Schedule: 7:00AM – 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $78 – $84/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Kealakekua, Hawaii. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
• Provide pharmacist services in a hospital setting
• Work evening shifts as scheduled
• Work weekend shifts as scheduled
• Comply with facility policies and procedures for medication management and patient care delivery
• Maintain valid state pharmacist licensure
• Provide supervisory references covering comparable specialty/setting experience
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements
• Utilize facility-provided systems for documentation and charting
• Complete required compliance documentation and certifications
• Complete required modules and training programs pre-start and annually
