Job Title: SLP
Location: Los Altos, California
Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM x 5
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $62 – $67/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a SLP for a temporary assignment in Los Altos, California. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a SLP:
• Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services to patients
• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Maintain current licensure and required certifications
• Complete required compliance documentation and training programs
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week of work
