Job Title: MED-SURG/ONCOLOGY
Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Schedule: 7:00AM – 5:00PM x 4
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate: $65 – $70/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a MED-SURG/ONCOLOGY for a temporary assignment in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a MED-SURG/ONCOLOGY:
• Work 4-10 hour shifts per week, starting at 7:30am each day
• Provide care in a Medical Oncology Clinic setting (clinic experience required)
• No call shifts and no weekend requirements
• Maintain a valid Colorado RN license or compact license in good standing
• Maintain current BLS certification (AHA Provider)
• Hold and maintain an Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Card
• Apply a minimum of two years of oncology nursing experience in practice
• Receive required Flu Vaccine (no exemptions)
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
• Submit required documentation including skills sheet, AHA BLS, resume, certifications, RN license, and proof of Flu Vaccine
• Comply with CAPS (Colorado) requirements as applicable
• Note: Guaranteed hours will not apply on holidays for clinic workers
